Police Release Sketch Of Suspect in Nina Whitney murder

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

It's been a long time coming for investigators involved in a case of a 75-year-old woman who was found dead in October in her home.


Police have released a sketch of a person of interest. They describe the man as being between 45 and 60 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 200 pounds.

The man is wanted in connection to the death of Nina Whitney. A relative found her dead inside her home near 118th Street and Belmont Avenue.

Authorities said a witness saw the person of interest limping near the house close to the time

Whitney was found dead. Police said he was seen getting into a black Jeep Patriot or Liberty.
