Teen Charged For Motel Murders 3-09-2011

An 18 year old was booked into the Clay County Detention Center and charged Wednesday with shooting and killing three young men at a party that took place at the Red Roof Inn last month.
In court documents, one witness believes the attack was all over a girl.
He was known as “The Spider”, and believed to be a member of the East side loco street gang. But 18 year old Isaac Perdomo-Paz won’t be running the streets anymore. He was booked into the Clay County Jail on 6 counts, including 3 counts of first degree murder.
The 3 victims were all at a party at the Red Roof Inn in Clay county.
When bullets started flying, 22 year old Delfino Elizondo, 18 year old Armin Hamidovic and 18 year Dejan Jocksimovic were all found shot in the head. Some of their relatives were crying in the room when the charges were announced.
Prosecutor Daniel White said the crime shocked the community.
“Three kids at the same time, unfortunate and uncommon in Clay County,” said Daniel White, Clay County Prosecutor.
One of the witnesses told police the suspect was a jealous boyfriend and this attack happened when his girlfriend sat next to one of the victims sitting on the bed. That’s when the witness said she saw the suspect pull his gun and she fell to the ground hearing 3 gunshots.
“Three kids were snuffed out over insane reasons. Parents need to know where kids are,” said Bob Boydston, Clay County Sheriff.
The Prosecutor said he isn’t ruling out the possibly that others were involved in this attack, and he’s urging witnesses who still have key information to come forward.
“Other charges are possible. Not sure if others are involved, we want to find out,” said Daniel White, Clay County Prosecutor.
Bond for Paz was denied. The prosecutor said for the 3 first degree murder charges Paz could face life in prison or the death penalty.
