Wanted: Froylan Acosta-Mendoza

The original crime happened in 2008 in Kansas City, Kan., and involved the sexual assault of a woman younger than 16 years old, police said.
Acosta-Mendoza's last known address was in the area of Ninth and Coy streets in Kansas City, Kan., but his current whereabouts are unknown, police said.
Authorities urge anyone with information about Acosta-Mendoza to call the Crime Stoppers TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477), text TIP452 plus a message to CRIMES (274637) or submit a tip online at kccrimestoppers.com.
