Adam Clark is wanted on a Buchanan County, Mo., warrant on a charge of a sex offender registration violation, police said.
Police said he is also wanted on a Missouri parole violation warrant on a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle.
Clark's original sex offense conviction was in connection with a felony charge of sexual misconduct involving a 14-year-old girl that happened in 2005 in St. Joseph.
Clark is a registered sex offender in Missouri, but his violation is in regard to failing to provide authorities with his home address, police said. His last known address was in St. Joseph, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
