KCTV 5Wanted: Rafael Carbajal

Rafael Carbajal is wanted on a Wyandotte County warrant on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, police said.
The incident happened in 2007 in Kansas City, Kan., and involved the sexual assault of a female under 16 years old, police said. Carbajal's last known address was in the area of Sixth Street and Tenny Avenue in Kansas City, Kan., but his current whereabouts is unknown.
