Royals To Debut Powder Blue Cap in 2010

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Royals announced Thursday the club will wear a new alternate powder blue cap in 2010 when they wear their powder blue jerseys.The Royals have worn their powder blue uniforms for day home games since 2008.The cap will go on sale at the Royals Kauffman Stadium store starting Tuesday at 10 a.m.On Nov. 27, Royals alumni Willie Wilson, Kevin Seitzer and Willie Aikens will sign autographs at the Majestic Team Store from noon to 2 p.m.The Royals also announced that a host of new items to celebrate Zack Greinke's American League Cy Young award win will be on sale at the store.
