2. To enter, complete the registration and entry form (name, address, daytime phone number, age and e-mail address) and submit on-line at KCTV5.com. There is no cost to register or enter. Sweepstakes begins 11/17/08 and ends 12/12/08. There is one (1) sweepstakes period within the contest dates.

3. Entries must be received by11:59 p.m. CT on12/12/08. One entry per valid e-mail address per sweepstakes period. The use of automated entry systems or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the sweepstakes period is prohibited. Entrants must be legal residents of KS or MO and18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of KCTV & KSMO-TV, Meredith Corporation, Crown Center, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible. Winners of a prize from KCTV5 within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this sweepstakes are not eligible.

4. One (1) winner(s) in the sweepstakes period will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about 12/15/08 under the supervision of KCTV5. All decisions of KCTV5 regarding winner selection and this sweepstakes are final. Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail, and prizes will be immediately available at KCTV5 studios, 4500 Shawnee Mission Parkway. KCTV5 is not responsible for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. KCTV5 is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of KCTV5 to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or the Web site or any combination thereof. KCTV5 also is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's computer related to or resulting from entering the sweepstakes. KCTV5 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. In the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name the corresponding e-mail account is registered to. All entries become the property of KCTV5 and will not be returned.

5. One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of:
   Four (4) $50.00 gift cards valid at any Crown Center merchant with a value total of $200.00.

6. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Entry constitutes permission for KCTV5 to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding this sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of KCTV5 and Meredith Corporation without compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner, and where applicable, travel companion, will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity unless prohibited by law, within two days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim prize, fails to comply with all rules, is unable to travel on dates of prize or attend event on prize date or fails to respond to the winner notification, the selected winner is disqualified and the prize is forfeited. If forfeited, another winner will be selected from among the eligible entries by random drawing. Subject to all U.S. federal, KS or MO state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. KCTV5 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal of greater value for any reason or in the event that the KCTV5 is postponed or cancelled or prize becomes unavailable.

By participating and winning a prize, winner releases KCTV5, Meredith Corporation and Crown Center, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
