Workforce Strategies Inc (WSI) is a company who hires Customer Service Reps for the H&R Block Call Center in Kansas City. The call center is located at 4400 Blue Parkway, just east of the Plaza and is on a bus route. We also offer a casual jeans atmosphere and fun, high energy environment.
Walk-in interviews are being conducted this week Monday through Friday, August 25-29, 10am-3pm at the HR BLOCK CALL CENTER. The call center is located at 4400 Blue Parkway, just east of the Plaza and is on a bus route.
Positions Needed: Immediate openings in Customer Service, Technical and Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Hours: We have a variety of schedules, but they are offered on a first come/first serve basis.
Pay Rate: Customer Service - $10.50/hr, Technical - $13.00/hr, Bilingual Cust Serv - $11.50/hr
Responsibilities: All calls are inbound, so minimal sales are needed. Basic Customer Service support for H&R Block Customers regarding tax questions, enrollment into Tax classes and technical support.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Typing speed of 25 WPM. Previous Finance experiences a plus for some positions.
