Authorities are looking for a man wanted on a Wyandotte County, Kan., warrant for failure to register as a sex offender, according to a news release from Mike West, of Kansas City Crime Stoppers.Marcus A. Rodriguez, 29, is accused of failing to register as a sex offender in regards to a conviction of the sexual assault of a 13-year-old female that happened in Kansas City, Kan., in 1998.Rodriquez is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of “Garcia” on his upper left arm and a tattoo of a tiger’s paw on his right forearm.His last known address was in the area of North 51st Street and Oakland Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.
