Chester Bragg, a registered sex offender in Kansas, is wanted on a parole violation warrant of forgery and indecent solicitation of a child.The crime allegedly occurred in Sumner County in 1995, and police say it involved the intentional touching and solicitation of a 14-year-old girl.Bragg, 30, is 5 feet 7 inches tall and 165 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo of the letters JH, two hearts and barbed wire on his upper left arm.Bragg's last known address was in the area of South 49th Street and Woodend Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.
