CLAY COUNTY, Mo. -- Police in Clay and Platte counties are looking for a man who is wanted for warrants for failure to register as a sex offender.Officials said Kenyon didn't notify law enforcement of his new address and his current whereabouts are unknown. His last known address was in Smithville.Kenyon was originally charged with performing a lewd act with a 15-year-old girl in Clay County, Mo., in 1993.He has legally changed his name from Michael T. Rogers to Russell T. Kenyon.
