KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Authorities in Kansas City, Kan., were searching Sunday for a man who they said failed to register as a sex offender.Marcus A. Rodriguez, 29, was wanted on a Wyandotte County warrant.The original crime occurred 1998 and involved the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl, according to a news release from Crime Stoppers.His last known address was near North 51st Street and Oakland Avenue.
Authorities urged anyone who saw Rodriguez or who had information about his whereabouts to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
