CLINTON, Mo. -- Authorities found and arrested a man wanted for sex crimes against a child.Leroy E. Hoover, 47, was arrested in New Mexico, and is no longer wanted.Hoover was wanted on a Missouri parole violation warrant, according to a Crime Stoppers official.The crime happened in Camden County, Mo., in 2003 and involved a 4-year-old.
Hoover hadn't contacted his parole officer for several months, and his whereabouts were unknown.He has been known to use the alias of John Kelsey.
