KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Voters in two area communities headed to the ballot box on Tuesday as elections took place in both Missouri-side communities.In Buckner, 62 percent of voters approved $6 million in revenue bonds to support the city's combined waterworks and sewerage system.Voters in Harrisonville voted down an increase in the adjusted operating tax levy for the school district.
