Many voters in Kansas headed to the polls on Tuesday.

Voters in Shawnee decided to keep their mayor.

Incumbent Jeff Meyers and Daniel Pflumm faced off for the position. Mayor Meyers held his seat again city councilman Pflumm.

Elections were also held in Prairie Village, Westwood, Louisburg, Osawatomie, Paola and Lawrence.
