To see these and other pets up for adoption, check the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City Web site.
ESMERELDA is a 2-year-old orange tabby. She has a pretty face and a round body. Esmerelda is sweet-natured and gets along with other cats. She's a fairly mild-mannered kitty, though she does like to play with toys. She'd probably prefer a quiet home. She has been spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and tested for FIV and feline leukemia. Esmerelda was abandoned at a vet clinic and they asked the Humane Society to take her in and find her a good home.
KEIREN has a beautiful coat and the sweetest gold eyes. He is a year old. Keiren is friendly and gets along well with other cats. He likes to play with toys and with other cats. Keiren was left in a box on the Humane Society doorstep when he was a kitten, along with several other kittens who have already been adopted. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested for FIV and feline leukemia.

REDMOND is a friendly, good-natured Staffordshire Terrier. He's silly, fun loving and affectionate. He gets along well with other dogs. Redmond has a beautiful red coat and pretty eyes. He is 4 years old and he weighs 49 pounds. He's been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested for heartworms. The Humane Society transferred Redmond to their shelter from a city shelter.
