KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Law enforcement officials on both sides of the state line are encouraging caution as people begin their evening commute home from work.Police in both Missouri and Kansas are reporting several crashes including one fatal accident as road conditions continue to deteriorate because of the weather.Blowing snow and a sudden drop in temperature have combined to make weather conditions slick in spots throughout the metro area.
