PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti -- There will be a new lawyer for the Kansas man detained in Haiti and his nine other colleagues. The group's lawyer was fired over the weekend over claims that he tried to use bribery to get the Americans out of jail.Newly released video shows the scene outside the Port-au-Prince police station last week when police arrested the 10 Americans and accused them of child trafficking. Officials said the group was taking 33 orphans out of the country and into the Dominican Republic without the proper paperwork. The leader of the group said it was all the result of miscommunication. The missionaries could be tried in the United States because Haiti's court system is still a wreck after the Jan. 12 earthquake.
