Teenage girl drivers are becoming more aggressive, according to a study released by the Allstate Foundation.

The study said that while girls are becoming more assertive, teenage boys might be softening in their driving habits.

The study of teens found that behaviors typically associated with boys, such as speeding, distracted driving and risk taking, are trending upward for teen girls.

Additionally, one in four teen girls in the study reported frequently text messaging while driving.

Distracted driving isn't the only dangerous behavior teens reported practicing in the survey. Nearly one in four admitted to drinking while driving and 20 percent said they've ridden in a car when the driver had been drinking.
