OLATHE, Kan. -- A domestic dispute at an Olathe apartment complex left one man in critical condition and a woman with a superficial wound.

Olathe police said they were called to the Governor's Court apartments on West Virginia Lane around 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

When Olathe police arrived, they said they found a 29-year-old man shot and a 32-year-old woman with a superficial gunshot wound.

Both were taken to an area hospital. The man was in critical condition.

Police have not released the names of the two people shot.
