KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- One man is dead and another has serious injuries after an overnight shooting, Kansas City police said.Kansas City police said they were called to the 3100 block of Bellefontaine just after 2 a.m.Police said they arrived to find a man saying he had been shot. That man was transported to the hospital and is in serious condition.About two blocks from the original scene, police found a man shot dead in the street in the 3000 block of Peery Road.Kansas City police said the shootings are related.Police ask anyone with information on the shootings to call the TIPS hot line at 816-474-TIPS.
