KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City police found a man shot in the hallway of a Kansas City apartment building Sunday night.Police said between one and four men shot the man with a rifle at an apartment building at 342 Locust Ave.The victim has serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.Police ask anyone with information on the shooting to call the TIPS hot line at 816-474-TIPS.
