PLATTE CITY, Mo. -- Six tractors and an RV trailer are what one man is accused of stealing.Michael Stroud, 48, is in custody, accused of taking these items from four properties in Platte County. Authorities said the ring of thefts happened between May and July.Police said Stroud resold some of the tractors to other Platte County farmers for an undisclosed amount of money.He was found living inside the RV, which officials said was stolen. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
