WICHITA, Kan. -- Pro-choice organizations are outraged that anti-abortion activists are planning an online auction to raise money for the man who is accused of killing a Wichita abortion doctor.

Activists said they are planning the auction to raise money for Scott Roeder's criminal defense fund. Roeder is accused of shooting killing abortion provider Dr. George Tiller in his church in May.

The executive director of the Feminist Majority Foundation has called the fundraiser deplorable and said it could lead to more violence.
