KNOB NOSTER, Mo. -- A Missouri baby burned to death in a house fire last week.

The incident happened just before 9 a.m. Friday when fire crews were told that there were people trapped inside the house. A 1-month-old baby died in the blaze. His mother suffered burns to her hand.

Fire investigators told KCTV5 there was also a 19-month-old child inside the house at the time of the fire. That child is expected to survive.

There is no word yet on the cause of the fire.
