KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Two rural Missouri highways are closed due to flood waters.Johnson County E between Route CC and Missouri 23 at Valley City is closed.Johnson County 23 between Route CC and Route E is also closed.For updates on Missouri highway closings go to modot.gov.
