KC Police Officer Hit By Motorcycle
Officer Goes To Hospital, Police Looking For Man
A Kansas City police motorcycle officer was hit by another motorcyclist late Thursday night in Kansas City North.Witnesses told police at around 11:45 p.m. Thursday, the officer had been talking with a group of bikers in the parking lot of the Quik Trip at at 9640 N. Oak Trafficway about loitering.As the group left, one of the motorcycles struck the officer, which police officials said they believe was intentional.The officer was taken to a hospital, but has since been released. Kansas City police are still looking for a white motorcycle, which they said should have significant front end damage.
