LEAVENWORTH, Kan. -- The murder trial for a man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend has been delayed.

Sedale Fox, who is accused of killing Olivia Jackson in January of 2008, was granted a continuance in the trial that was supposed to begin in September in Leavenworth County District Court.

Jackson was six months pregnant at the time of her death. Fox is also accused of trying to kill Fox by bombing her Leavenworth home.
