RAYTOWN, Mo. -- A municipal court judge was arrested at her Raytown home on Wednesday night.According to police records, Traci Fann called police about 11:45 p.m., saying there was an assault going on at her home in the 11000 block of East 86th Street.Neighbors told KCTV5 News they didn't notice any of the commotion, but police said it was a domestic violence call.According to the report, Fann said David Richardson was grabbing her and throwing pans.Richardson told police Fann was intoxicated and scratching him.Neighbors said Richardson is Fann's husband.Police said Fann and Richardson both told officers about minor injuries they had suffered in the incident.Fann was taken from the house in handcuffs.On Thursday, Fann was charged with assault in the same municipal courtroom where she generally presides.
