EUDORA, Kan. -- Police in Eudora, Kan., think they know who has been stashing Drano bombs in local mailboxes.Last week three Drano bombs were found in area mailboxes. On Monday officers said they have identified four juveniles who are suspected in the crimes but they are not yet in custody. The bombs were made by filling soda bottles with Drano and sealing them with tin foil.
