KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Sprint Center is making moves to help people with a common food allergy.The arena is now serving gluten-free menu items for people who suffer from Celiac disease. The foods include pizza, snacks and beer.More than 2 million people acros the U.S. suffer from the genetic disorder. If sufferers eat gluten, it can damage their small intestine.
