KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Two men promise that their slain brother's name will never be forgotten by trying to tackle crime in Kansas City.Rick and Ronald Osborne lost their brother Robert Osborne when he was gunned down in the street in 2005.He was riding his bike to work at a HyVee grocery store when two men with a shotgun fired and killed him."We didn't want to be the type to sit around and drown in our tears," Rick Osborne said.Through months of research and data, the Osborne brothers discovered that homicides in Kansas City were on an alarming trend and that many crimes were leaking through the system. They created a Web site to present some of their information. One possible solution, they said, is focusing on smaller crimes first."Catch them before they get expensive and dangerous," Ronald Osborne said.
