KANSAS CITY -- Police said a woman's baby shower ended with an unpleasant bang that left two people with nonlife-threatening injuries.According to police, the party was wrapping up at 40th and Brooklyn when a group of the woman's male friends arrived. Police said the men were on the porch when an argument broke out, and one man pulled out a gun and shot two people.One victim was shot in the thigh, the other was shot in the arm.
No arrests have been made regarding the incident, and police are still investigating.
