SHAWNEE, Kan. -- Police were trying to track down vandals who tagged a Shawnee neighborhood.Someone spray-painted homes and cars along 67th Street. They also hit a fence and Shawnee Mission Northwest High School.Police believed the cases were connected because the word "Blood" was spray-painted on everything.
