INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- Independence police have released a surveillance image of the person who robbed Bank Liberty on South Noland Road.Police said the man who slipped the bank robbery note to a teller is a white or Hispanic male about 40 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds.Investigators are hoping the man's clothing might tip someone off to his identity.
