KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Members of the Kansas City, Mo., Police Department's assault squad were questioning a "person of interest" early Wednesday evening in connection with the shooting of a teenager on his bicycle.The 18-year-old was riding his bike overnight on the 35th Street overpass over U.S. Highway 71 and Michigan Avenue when two gunmen opened fire on him following an argument.The teenager was shot and was in a hospital Wednesday in stable condition.Police hadn't yet revealed what the argument was about by early Wednesday evening, but they said they didn't believe it was a random shooting.Prosecutors hadn't yet filed any criminal charges against anyone by early Wednesday evening.
