Arrowhead Container Worker Trapped In Machine

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Emergency crews rushed to a shipping company late Wednesday night after a worker got stuck in a machine.

Fire officials said the man got his arm stuck in a piece of machinery at Arrowhead Container on Clary Road just before midnight.

Medics said they had to amputate the man's arm below the elbow. The man was taken to an area hospital and is expected to recover.

Company officials have not released details about how the accident happened at the shipping company that specializes in custom shipping.
