Man Accused Of Taping Children Has Criminal Past

OLATHE, Kan. -- More information became available Thursday about an Olathe man accused of videotaping children at a Fourth of July parade in Lenexa, Kan.Prosecutors charged Bobby Lee Holder, 56, with sexual exploitation of a child.An off-duty officer said he saw Holder videotaping children at the parade.Police arrested Holder, and investigators said they found child porn in his Olathe home.
In 1993, prosecutors charged Holder with eavesdropping.That case involved a baby sitter finding a hidden camera in a bathroom inside a house in Merriam, Kan., where Holder lived at the time.Holder was given diversion in that case.
