Authorities took four people into custody after a violent home invasion in Grandview.

Three people knocked on the door of a house in the 13000 block of Donnelly Avenue while two other people waited in a car.

The people asked to use the phone, then forced their way into the house and robbed two teenagers who were inside at gunpoint. A shot was fired in the house, but no one was hurt.

A neighbor saw what was happening and called police.

Officers arrived minutes later, and the people tried to run away.

Police caught up to four of the people, but a fifth person got away.

Prosecutors charged Asia Simmons, 17, of Belton, Mo.; Antonio Sullivan, 19, of Kansas City, Mo.; Khy-Ree Simmons, 18, of Kansas City; and Rodney Hollman, 22, of Grandview, with armed criminal action, burglary and armed robbery.

Police obtained a warrant for the fifth person, who they said was identified by the four teenagers they took into custody.
