LENEXA, Kan. -- An off-duty police detective spotted a man videotaping young girls at the Lenexa, Kan., Fourth of July parade.The detective and his family were near West 91st Street and Pflumm Road on Friday when the detective noticed the suspicious activity.He notified officers along the parade route, and they questioned the 56-year-old Olathe, Kan., resident.Police said they later found child pornography in the man's home.They arrested the man Tuesday.
