KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Bullets flew in a Kansas City, Kan., neighborhood overnight, killing a man inside a house.

The male victim, in his 20s, was inside a house near North 24th Street and Haskell Avenue around 11 p.m. when the shots were fired.

Police said there were other people inside the home when the shooter drove by. No one else was hurt.

Investigators said the man, whose name has not been released, did not live at the house.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
