PLATTE COUNTY, Mo. -- An elementary school teacher in the Liberty school district has been accused of forging a prescription for pain medication, according to prosecutors.Kerri L. Wisniewski, 34, of Liberty, was accused of fraudulently obtaining a prescription for Ultram, a non-narcotic pain reliever, according to a news release from Platte County Prosecuting Attorney Eric G.
