Man Questioned In Child Porn Investigation

Technician Finds Child Porn While Fixing Computer

GRANDVIEW, Mo. – A Kansas City man is under investigation because of what a computer technician found on his computer.

Court records say the man took his computer to Geek Werks in Grandview, Mo., to get it fixed because it wasn’t working.

Technician Dave Teague began fixing it and was shocked by what he found on the hard drive -- about 200 Japanese anime depicting children engaged in sex acts with adults.

He also found about 10 photos and videos of sex acts of actual children engaged in sex acts.

"I went home and went on, like, a four-hour walk, just trying to clear my mind,” Teague said. “It messes with you. The only thing that's going through your head is these poor little kids. Why would someone do that?"

That man's computer is now in an FBI forensics lab.

The 31-year-old suspect was questioned and released pending further investigation.
