KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Three years after gunfire killed a man and paralyzed his wife, the wife is accused of orchestrating her husband's death.Investigators said Alesia Warrior hired Darell Rogers and another man to kill her husband.When she drove her husband, Jeremy Warrior, to meet with the killers near North 53rd Street and Edith Court, the gunmen opened fire, killing him and leaving her paralyzed from the waist down, police said.Both Warrior and Rogers were charged with first-degree murder and are being held on $500,000 bond.
