CASS COUNTY, Mo. -- A grand jury handed out a nine-count indictment against Ronald Lague, who Cass County prosecutor Teresa Hensley said, among distribution charges, made two teenage girls -- ages 14 and 15 -- have sex with a drug dealer in exchange for crystal methamphetamines on numerous occasions.Cass County receives close to a sexual abuse case per week, but Hensley said that this case is the worst she's seen.Lague lived in a duplex in Harrisonville at 1606 Blueberry Drive.Police said the crimes occurred between September 2005 and January of this year.
A neighbor, who requested to remain anonymous, said Lague moved out of the duplex in November. She said she suspected he was using drugs, but she never imagined he would be charged with trafficking teens to get his drugs.Hensley said Lague also injected the drugs into the girls, and she said he had sex with two 15-year-old girls.Ronald Brown was also indicted by the grand jury on charges of having sex with one of the teens.
