Fugitive Uses MySpace To Surrender

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A fugitive wanting to turn himself in to police used MySpace to start the process.Marcus Ray got in touch with community activist Alonzo Washington online at MySpace.com.Ray was wanted on a domestic assault charge.He told Washington he wanted to turn himself in to authorities.
Washington agreed to help. He walked the man into police custody at the downtown headquarters on Wednesday night.Washington has a MySpace page where he blogs about crime and gathers tips on local cases.
