KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police patrolling Kansas City's east side found a woman's body in a car early Tuesday morning.The officer found a red Pontiac Grand Am with a Kansas license plate running, with exterior lights on, near East 27th Street and Woodland Avenue around 4:30 a.m.When he investigated, he found a woman's body inside.The deceased was identified as Maria Torres-Valle, 18.
