KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- There was still no decision on Tuesday night in the fraud trial against a former Jackson County executive.Jury members went home again on Tuesday, without reaching a verdict.Katheryn Shields and her husband are among the defendants accused in a mortgage fraud scheme involving a Kansas City house.The jury will start deliberating again on Wednesday morning.
