LEAWOOD, Kan. -- The chairman and chief executive officer of Neuterra Healthcare LLC was arrested last week in Overland Park.

Daniel Tasset, 54, was taken into custody after police said he was spotted sitting his car outside Lifetime Fitness near West 138th Street and Metcalf Avenue committing a "lewd act."

He was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior.

Tasset pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
