KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Authorities gave a man accused of running an illegal after-hours club seven city tickets.Police arrested Wardell Williams early Sunday morning at East 20th Street and Grand Boulevard.
Williams was charging admission to an illegal dance party at a futon business, police said.
